Young ASEAC
Young ASEAC offers the possibility for young arbitration experts to become involved in arbitration related to Asia, especially the greater China area, at an early stage of their career.
With this in mind, we regularly organise Asia-related events in Germany and abroad and we are pleased to invite you soon.
Welcome to Young ASEAC!
Since its foundation in 2008 Young ASEAC offers the possibility for young arbitration experts to become involved in Asia-related arbitration, especially the greater China area, at an early stage in their career. Our members are predominantly from Europa and Asia.
We regularly organise Asia-related events in Germany and abroad. Hereby the cultural, legal and personal exchange between young arbitration experts from Europe and Asia shall be promoted. At panel discussions fundamental as well as current topics of the developments of arbitration law and cross-border disputes relating to Asia, especially China, are presented and discussed. Also the current developments of the general commercial law of both legal cultures will be included.
Young ASEAC has an international approach. For us, it is important that speakers, moderators as well as participants of our events are represented both worlds. We would like to offer a forum for our members for their own contributions but also enable the exchange of experiences in a personal ambience. Young ASEAC wants to bring together young arbitration experts in order to exchange experiences, built an active network und learn more about the different legal and cultural backgrounds. We also collaborate with other young arbitration groups in order to ensure the best possible international exchange between young arbitration experts.
We cordially invite lawyers, in-house counsel, professors, PhD students, law clerks as well as students to become a member of Young ASEAC. Membership in Young ASEAC is possible until the age of 45 and is free of charge. For joining please just complete the following online form.
