ASEAC has an advisory board consisting of a Chairperson, two Deputy Chairpersons as well as up to twelve additional members. It is augmented by the ASEAA Board.

The composition of the Advisory Board reflects the different regions and organisations of the world with particular interest in the aims and objectives of ASEAC. The Advisory Board neither comments on substantive matters of arbitration proceedings nor does it take any active part in the decisions on the substance of a case.
