In its daily operations ASEAC is managed by the Management Team. The Management Team is assisted by the Advisory Board, which is also competent to adjust the ASEAC Rules. In case parties need assistance with the appointment of arbitrators, the Appointing Authority chooses an arbitrator from the List of Arbitrators.
Local Representative Officers promote ASEAC in their home jurisdictions.
Young Practitioners are invited to participate at Young ASEAC, offering a platform to strengthen the understanding of the respective Asia, European and other legal cultures.
The ASEAA Board is responsible for the Asian European Arbitration Association e.V. (ASEAA).
